Meet the Team

Catrin, Director of Blue Skies, has been working as a case manager for the last 18 years and has a wealth of experience. During this time, she has developed strong relationships with clients and their families, therapists, solicitors and stakeholders. She is extremely passionate about the work she does and feels very grateful to work with such wonderful people. Catrin is an Advanced Member of the British Association of Brain Injury Case Managers, CMSUK and the Royal College of Nursing.
Catrin loves walking her spaniels along the coastal path in North Devon and enjoys time with family and friends.

Lisa is our clinical lead and case manager. Lisa has over 35 years of experience in both adult and children’s nursing, specialising in palliative care and complex needs. She has worked in a variety of settings, including Children’s Hospice South West, Hospitals and Schools. She prides herself on having a positive approach to difficult situations, striving to achieve the best outcome for those she supports, and believes in focusing on abilities rather than disabilities.
Lisa is proud to be leading all training at Blue Skies and always brings a personal touch to her training to ensure that all carers have the highest quality of skills to meet regulation standards.
Lisa has grown up with a sister with autism and a learning disability for whom she has power of attorney. This has provided her with valuable insights into the challenges and joys of caring for someone with special needs from a professional and familial perspective.
Lisa has a passion for all types of dance. In her free time, you will find her at Salsa, Argentine Tango or Modern Jive social events.

Kelly has a first class honours in Sport and Exercise Science, an MSc in Physiotherapy and is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
As a case manager, Kelly is experienced in assessing and treating patients with a variety of conditions including neuromuscular injuries, spinal cord injuries, birth injuries, mental health problems caused by trauma, and neurological conditions including and cystic fibrosis. Kelly is dedicated to supporting patients on their rehabilitation journey to allow them to reach their full potential.
Kelly is highly driven to achieve the optimal outcomes for her clients and possesses exceptional communication abilities when interacting with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals.

Ginnie is a Registered General Nurse with a wealth of experience across a range of healthcare settings. She began her career in elderly care before moving into trauma and orthopaedics and later gained valuable experience working in a busy GP practice.
For the past eight years, Ginnie has supported clients with a wide variety of lifelong disabilities, including physical, sensory, learning, and mental health conditions. She is passionate about keeping up to date with the latest approaches and treatments, and takes a holistic view of care, always considering the impact of a condition on the whole person and their wider support network.
Ginnie brings a calm, approachable nature to her work and is known for her thoughtful problem-solving and adaptable approach. She believes in working alongside clients to help them find focus and strength in the face of life’s challenges.
As a mum of three and grandmother of two (soon to be three!), Ginnie has a deeply personal understanding of the journey families take following a diagnosis. Her son has cerebral palsy, and her experience navigating complex care systems gives her a unique perspective and deep empathy for those she supports.
Outside of work, Ginnie enjoys spending time with her family and her lovely, if still a little unruly, rescue dog. She’s a fan of summer days, socialising with friends, and believes a bit of sunshine can make all the difference.

Susannah is a paediatric occupational therapist with decades of experience. Since 2003, she has combined working as an occupational therapist in independent practice with case management.
Susannah typically works with children and young people with complex, long-term disabilities such as cerebral palsy, acquired brain injury, neurological disorders, syndromes and autism. She has successfully managed the care packages of those with significant sensory, physical and cognitive impairments, complex behaviour difficulties and those requiring 24-hour care. As a case manager she routinely collaborates with and coordinates the work of therapists, care staff, education professionals and voluntary organisations.
Susannah is a dedicated, empathetic and proactive individual with strong emotional intelligence and a wealth of knowledge and experience. She believes that working with children, young people and their families requires a collaborative, flexible approach.
Susannah engages in a wide variety of continuing professional development, ensuring her work is always informed by the latest innovations and best practice.

Gill is a dual-registered nurse (General and Mental Health) with nearly 40 years of experience in the health and social care sector. She is registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council and has a particular passion for dementia care.
Over the years, Gill has held a variety of leadership roles, including as a CQC Registered Manager in care homes specialising in older people. She has also managed a Stroke Unit and spent a decade working in Local Authority Provider Services, overseeing physical and learning disability services, Promoting Independence teams, and Homecare services.
Gill is now bringing her extensive experience and person-centred approach to her role as a case manager. She is passionate about making a positive difference in people’s lives and supporting clients and their families through every step of their journey. Her calm, practical nature and in-depth knowledge of complex care make her a valuable support for both clients and colleagues.
Originally from the Midlands, Gill spent many years living on a smallholding before relocating to the Southwest with her husband and their dogs at the end of 2021. She’s now enjoying life by the sea and all that coastal living has to offer.

Courtney brings a diverse background of experience across multiple sectors. She has taught English to young learners in Italy, led and managed a team within the health and wellbeing industry, and held various administrative roles across multiple disciplines within the NHS.
She holds a First-Class Honours degree in Biological Sciences, providing her with a strong foundation in anatomy and physiology, microbiology, and human disease.
Courtney takes pride in being efficient and building a smooth team dynamic. Outside of work, she likes to maintain a healthy lifestyle, enjoys learning about skincare and wellness, and regularly practices both Pilates and yoga.

Outside of work, you'll find Ciaran high-performance coaching some of the world’s best cyclists as well as competing as an elite cyclist himself.

We're excited to welcome Ellie to our administrative team. With six years of experience as a carer in residential homes and the community, she's adept at working with individuals of all ages with autism, learning disabilities, complex needs, and the elderly.
Prior to her caregiving role, Ellie served as an office manager at a local surf school, providing her with a solid foundation and valuable insights into care.
Outside of work, Ellie utilizes her degree in dance to choreograph and teach at a local theatre, while also showcasing her talents as a professional dancer with a local dance company.
